Kvaser Air Bridge Light HS is a configuration-free wireless CAN bridge that achieves predictable latency, without sacrificing stability or range. Comprising a preconfigured pair of plug-and-play units to rapidly exchange raw CAN data, the Kvaser Air Bridge Light HS is designed for environments or situations that make wired connection unsuitable or challenging e.g. between two moving parts that are connected by CAN.

Major Features 
 

  • ​​​​​​8000 messages per second, each time-stamped with 100 microsecond accuracy

  • Supports both 11-bit (CAN 2.0A) and 29-bit (CAN 2.0B active) identifiers

  • High-speed CAN connection (compliant with ISO 11898-2), up to 1 Mbit/s.

  • Galvanic isolation, previously a more expensive option on Kvaser's original Leaf Light, now comes as standard on the Leaf Light v2, enhancing protection from power surges or electrical shocks.

  • Low current consumption (90 mA) reduces power drain from your laptop.

  • Local buffering and preprocessing results in high performance and a reduction of time critical tasks for the PC.


There are two versions: Kvaser Air Bridge Light HS (00808-3) is approved for the European Union, while Kvaser Air Bridge Light HS (FCC) (01008-6) complies with US certification. Both share the same functionality but have different radio transmission schemes due to regulatory differences.

Powerkey Keybox
The Powerkey KeyBox is an I/O, CANbus relay module specifically designed for 12V or 24V electrical loads. Compact and efficient, the KeyBox Inputs & Outputs can be connected to various powered components and fixtures on your installation i.e. lights, electric motors, pumps, mechanical arms, enabling you to use Blink Marine PowerKey and PowerKey Pro series keypads to command them.
 
To enhance flexibility Blink created the Keybox Configuration Software (KCS), a Windows-based configurator, which makes it possible to autonomously set up the parameters that allow you to choose the functions associated with each circuit.  Write to us at sales@emb-power.com to request the installation file of the keybox configurator.
 
KeyBox provides all the innovation of a Blink Marine technology without the cost and complexity of a larger digital system. It is designed for use primarily with vehicles without the larger price tag of the more complex systems.
 
Keybox is an extremely versatile CAN-bus relay module. It was designed for producers, outfitters and anyone who owns a boat or vehicle that they’d like to make more innovative without spending an arm and a leg! But it can also be ideal for anyone who simply wants to substitute old onboard switches in their vehicle with a Blink Marine keypad.

✔ KeyBox comes equipped with thirteen (13) fused circuits with built in relays designed to control any 12V or 24V electrical device.

✔ KeyBox can also be connected in sequence with multiple modules as well as one or more Blink Marine keypads via a single BUS communication channel.

✔ KeyBox allows the use of Blink Marine CANbus keypads in vehicle and marine applications where installations are without existing control units

✔ KeyBox allows for PWM connections (e.g. dimming lights or throttle positions)

✔ KeyBox allows the ability to create an extension of the onboard system when either more outputs or higher rated outputs are required.

✔ KeyBox can also incorporate larger external relays for higher amperage should it be required

✔ KeyBox can also be set-up as a CAN Slave module

✔ KeyBox allows OEM’s to create a secondary stand-alone system when a closed-loop master controller system is already installed, preventing or prohibiting external connections.
